The information you provide in this Preliminary Background Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of City of Los Santos Police Officer, in accordance with San Andreas POST Commission Regulation 1953.

Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

  Viktor was born on August 22, 1987, in Tbilisi, Georgia. Raised in a working-class neighborhood during a period of political and economic instability, Viktor quickly learned the importance of discipline, loyalty, and self-reliance. His father, a retired army officer, instilled in him a strong respect for order and service, which naturally led Viktor to pursue studies in the field of security.
  
  After graduating from Tbilisi College of Public Services with a diploma in Security (Bezbednost), Viktor began working in private security across the country. His professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure earned him a reputation as someone who could handle volatile environments with confidence. Over the years, he worked with international clients and began considering opportunities abroad.
  
  His move to San Andreas came in late 2022, following a formal job offer from a private security firm operating in Los Santos. After receiving sponsorship from the company and clearing all legal requirements, Viktor was granted a work visa which later transitioned into permanent residency under skilled worker provisions. His background, clean record, and specialized experience in security and risk management were key factors in the approval of his residency application.
  
  Since arriving, Viktor has continued working in the private sector and is currently employed as the Deputy Head of Security at Roze Enterprise. Now well-settled in the state, Viktor is ready to transition into public service. His goal is to use his skills, discipline, and real-world experience to serve the people of San Andreas with integrity, professionalism, and a deep respect for the law.
