The information you provide in this Preliminary Background Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of City of Los Santos Police Officer, in accordance with San Andreas POST Commission Regulation 1953.

Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

  Mike Adam entered the world in 2002. Grew up in a middle class area, in Los Santos, with his sister under the diligent care of hardworking parents facing their share of challenges along the way. His mother toiling away as an educator while his father juggled various jobs to keep the family afloat financially Despite their efforts Mike experienced firsthand the strain and discord at home which set him apart from the seemingly carefree existence his peers appeared to lead.
  
  During his time, in school Mike excelled academically and participated in sports; however challenges at home often held him back. Struggles with finances and frequent disagreements about money left him uncertain about his future. With his accomplishments, under his belt Mike found himself feeling lost without a sense of direction and the burden of meeting others expectations weighed heavily on him.
  
  After finishing school and not opting for education away Mike decided to make money by photographing scenes, in Los Santos. Though he found joy in capturing memories and showcasing his side he couldn't. Sense a longing for deeper fulfillment. He grappled with the choice, between an existence. Pursuing a path that carried greater significance and potential risks.
