The information you provide in this Preliminary Background Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of City of Los Santos Police Officer, in accordance with San Andreas POST Commission Regulation 1953.

Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

  Simon Wells was born on March 11th, 1997 in Los Santos All Saints General Hospital growing up with two brothers he was the youngest of the crop getting picked on by his two older brothers they ended up joining the army. Simon went to LS High studying at the top of his grade passing high school being an overachiever with a GED and a Diploma making his family proud.
  Simon joined the US Army fighting for Operation Iraqi Freedom serving his country then coming home and living in an apartment mailing money to his family. He worked at the local grocery store making money to support his family. Wells has a wife and two kids living in his apartment near Vinewood but is not rich enough to be in the movie star mansions. Simon saw his two brothers in a local bar in buying beer with his two brothers hanging out having a few beers heading home. Simon's brother was killed in a robbery the middle brother after the funeral Simon and his brother are the two sons left of the father Jacob. They ended up going their own separate ways.
