The information you provide in this Preliminary Background Application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of City of Los Santos Police Officer, in accordance with San Andreas POST Commission Regulation 1953.

Disqualification

There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail” background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

  Meet Noah, a determined and hardworking young man with a deep passion for justice and a burning desire to make a difference in his community. From a young age, Noah had always been fascinated with the idea of becoming a police officer, inspired by his father who had always dreamt of joining the force but was unable to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.
  
  Growing up in a rough neighborhood, Noah was exposed to the harsh realities of crime and violence and witnessed firsthand the devastating impact it had on his community. This only strengthened his resolve to pursue a career in law enforcement and make a difference in the lives of those around him.
  
  As a teenager, Noah worked tirelessly to prepare himself for the rigorous selection process that awaited him. He spent countless hours training, both physically and mentally, and even sought out the guidance of local police officers to gain a better understanding of what the job would entail.
  
  But Noah's journey was far from easy. He faced numerous obstacles, including financial difficulties and personal setbacks, which threatened to derail his dreams. However, he refused to give up, drawing inspiration from his father's unwavering determination and the support of his close-knit community.
